How to Personalize

1. Send Your Own Design

• Email your design to bughawprints@gmail.com
• Accepted file types: .PNG, .JPG, .PSD
• File must be high resolution for best print quality

2. Request a Custom Layout (recommended if you don't have a prepared layout yet)

• Email your design request to bughawprints@gmail.com
• Kindly include:
• Text/content
• Photo(s), if any
• Preferred layout or theme (minimalist, cute, corporate, etc.)
• Our team will create a layout for your approval before printing

Please make sure to include your order number in the email subject for faster processing.

Wrapped with Care

Each mug comes with a free plain white box for safe and neat packaging.

For a more gift-ready option, you may choose a decorated box, which includes:

• Front sticker print
• Ribbon accent (ribbon color depends on availability)

If you choose the decorated box, please include your box design or box design request in the same email sent to bughawprints@gmail.com, along with your mug design details. Don’t forget to include your order number for reference.

Material & Print Details

Made from lightweight metal coated with smooth enamel. Note: Not stainless steel.

Printed using sublimation printing, where the design is heat-transferred into the mug itself—resulting in vibrant colors that won’t peel or fade.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged items. Please send clear photo or video proof to bughawprints@gmail.com.

• Items are printed only after layout approval. We will not accept return or refund requests for design or layout concerns unless the printed item does not match the approved layout.
