How to Personalize

Once your order is placed, simply send a clear reference photo to bughawprints@gmail.com. As each portrait is hand-drawn, layout processing takes around 2–3 days. 

Please double-check your photo before submitting. Photo changes are not allowed once layout processing has started, as pricing is per head.

We’ll email the layout for your approval before we proceed with printing.

Please make sure to include your order number in the email subject for faster processing.

Made from lightweight metal coated with smooth enamel. Note: Not stainless steel.

Printed using sublimation printing, where the design is heat-transferred into the mug itself—resulting in vibrant colors that won’t peel or fade.
